I am having stern hair loss for about 7months now before that my hair was falling but now I am scared to even comb or wash my hair.. Now what should i do to prevent hair loss?

Not combing or washing your hair isn't going to stop your hair from falling out, so don't bother stopping. There are a lot of different treatments for hair loss you can read about in the treatments section of the site here. What country are you from?

You should consult a doctor for proper medication.

you need to wash it every day, even twice a day to remove surface sebum, sweat, hormones, etc., not washing the hair only makes it fall out more.
