Currently, I have tremendous amount of doubts in my mind about success rate of surgery.

Now, after reviewing massages from my bald -or almost bald- brothers for more than 2 months (and assuming that they are not marketers and are honest),I understood that, it is the best,the cheapest and the most effective way to go with Proscar(1/5)+ Minoxidil 5% in daily basis. AM I RIGHT? As usual, every good things have bad side. I am talking about side affect of PROSCAR which worries me a lot. Almost every folks, who selected or select this treatment way, mention about negative effect on sexuality. Here is the second and most important question, HOW BAD THE SIDE EFFECTS? The answer is such critical for me that will affect my decision about going with Proscar(or propecia)

Third question to those, who have been using proscar or propecia long enough to give me strong answer. Do you still feel comfortable during the sex. Did you notice any sexual performance loss? Does it cause any lessening in sperms count. I asked, Because, I dont want such a situation that I would gain many things on the top and, lost eveything on the bottom. In other words, I want to able to use little boy when I need it in near future, lets say, five years later from now.Here is the critical point, I DONT WANT TO BE HAIRY GAY.

Now folks, according to your reply, I will take an action and go with Proscar + Minoxidil or NOT. Therefore, please, give me advices and/or recommendations.

About your question, I am not like Kelsey Grammer; but I am going on this way; and, If I continue to lose my hair by this rate, probably, maximum 2 years later, I will have same hair style with him.
