 		i was always told that too much of any shampoo especially everyday is not good for anybodys hair.

Very good point. You should have at least two shampoo's that you alternate with throughout the week to reduce buildup. I actually rotate between three: Dr. Lee's, T-Gel, and Nioxin.

 		is nizoral safe? it is an anti fungal. can it be poisonous if used too much. why is it prescription only at 2%

 		you can get it from the grocery store. the stronger version of it is prescription only.

 		the difference is 1% at the store as compared to 2% prescription. i get the prescription because my plan allows me to get the stronger stuff a little cheaper but i wanted to know why it is prescription at 2%. just got me thinking something that kills fungus must be some kinda poison.i have visions of all that weed and fungus killer stuff in the gardening isle at the wal mart.other than making my scalp dry it helps a little with the dandruff. i never knew it could help with blocking dht till i came to this site. now im using 3 or 4 times a week so thats why im asking as to its safety and if anyone got sick using it too much.

 		I'm not sure if anybody is interested or not, but Nizoral 2% is available in Canada without a prescription. I bought a bottle yesterday for $10.00 Can. Using today's exchange rate, that's $8.31 US.
