 		Hey chore,

I am taking some green tea and grape seed extract, saw palmetto, multi-vitamin and flax seed oil. I also shampoo with nizoral 2% a few times a week. This is a new regimen that I started after stopping the rogaine. I have only been on this for about a month.

 		saw palmetto always made me shed both orally and topically. this scared me so i always got off prematurely. propecia tends to level it off for me
