Avodart Duasteride switch from proscar? Hey guys I need a little advice. Thinking about switching to avodart or dutasteride from proscar but am not sure about dosage. Or if it is a good idea. Anyone have any experience with this. I started thinning at 19 am now 33. Still have hair all over my whole head but have thinning all over the top. It seems to have gotten worse lately. People still don't notice. I have been on propecia and 15% minox for 9 years. It doesn't seem to have done a damn bit of good. Also started nizoral and amazing laser comb a while back. Nothing seems to stop the shedding. I would like to really do the most I can. thanks

9 years in 15% minox? stop it what are you waiting for men. but that shit in the garbage. it seems you are in the same position with hundreds of people who are still waiting something to happen and NOTHING HAPPENS. be patient and wait for something new to come.

Within 9 year and you still manage to have hair with propecia and minox...don't you think its been helping to maintain and now start to loose its effectiveness? IMO...i would maintain your regiments (Propecia, Minox, Laser, Nizoral) and consider to other natural alternatives... There are many other pontential treatments that have some possitive feedbacks on this sites e.g. IH6, needling, lithium + dmso, essentials oils, etc. I would do research ...and decide on additional treatments. Avodart...certainly has shown some very impressive results on some people...but with unknown long term impact. There is certain risk and pontential reward ...that you have to take into consideration. Just few thoughts...

``People still don't notice. I have been on propecia and 15% minox for 9 years. It doesn't seem to have done a damn bit of good`` Dude so you kept your hair for 9 years and ``It doesn't seem to have done a damn bit of good``? I can prove you that your meds are still working, this is how :Stop propecia and minox for 2 years .Than look in the mirror. If i would be in your place i would continue with prop and minox +i would jump on the lithium bandwagon.Go to ImmortalHairs site for instructions for the lithium topical.

avodart is better than propecia(not my opinion but based on studies)switch to that and youll be better off but like everyone else said, with most people with male pattern baldness,in the 10 years you claim to have taken the product and people still cant tell you are balding,id say thats a success. imagine someone who is balding and see them in 10 years when they did nothing for their hair, youll be amazed how much hair is lost in 10 years, sometimes all of it!

thanks deejac. Are you on avodart? I have heard of guys losing more hair on it. Any thoughts on that? Can you suggest a legit place to get it?
