again, no scientific data has ever been recorded about any narual supplement. I highly highly doubt caynne, ginger, or onion anything will have any positive effect on your hair. Stick to the big 3 rogaine propecia nizoral

well, i am on Nizoral already...

Rogaine/propecia are last on my list, because i am not balding as such..but yes..losing hair...

I think most of the people here in this forum know about Minox/propecia/Niz...but they are still looking at some naturals, less expensive ones, that which has less sides...

Runnin... There has actually been lots of studies done on cayenne and hair loss. In fact, they've even found that it makes minox a lot more effective.

Sekar... There was a lot of us that tried cayenne a few years ago in this forum, including me. Unfortunately, those threads are gone because of the big computer crash regrowth had.

ALL OF US quit it though... mainly because we got sick of the burning. After a couple of months, it got really old!

HairoutTheWazooToo,

Look i wish i could give other avdive but inforunatve those are the only 3 things that actually work.

You hear so many stories of people who have tried every natural summplements and get no results. They finally get on propecia and wish they had started with it years ago. I wish like anyone else that natural supplements work, but the simple truth is there not very effective

I used it for the longest time mixed in w/ ACV as a pre-shampoo soak.

Still have a boat-load of cayenne - just need to get some more ACV.

runnin... But neither are propecia and minox. There aren't people regrowing full heads of hair with ANYTHING, including the big three.

That's great if you are having good results with those... frankly I'm a little jealous if you are. Seriously, I am! It'd be SO EASY to take a pill everyday, and be able to buy minox in the store, and have that stuff grow hair for me!

But I do agree with you with one thing... I think everyone should try minox and propecia FIRST. If it works, you just saved yourself lots of trouble. If not... we'll, you end up like me and most of the other people on this forum... searching for something else!

Good luck, though!

runnin why don't you look at the youngstah thread or some of the others. Not to mention zix and other topicals which from every picture i've seen grow a hell of a lot more hair than minox. Or, look up the pictures on procyanidins and check out those results, it will blow your mind.

Just because YOU THINK that they don't work, doesn't mean that they don't actually work. And honestly propecia is hardly a miracle treatment, how many times have i read this "after two years on prop, hair is starting to shed again liek crazy." Don't try and pretend you know everything, look at some of the studies wehre cayenne has been proven to grow hair, then say something.
