I've used minoxidil consistently for a couple of years. The only variation of improvement or lack of has pivoted on the supplements I have experimented with. Since minoxidil has been a constant, and I have had good stretches and bad ones and my cheif experimentation has been with supplements, I think they can play a role. I think supplements are far less likely to perform the knockout punch pharmaceuticals are designed to. But if you are in good health and relatively clean, they can tip the scales enough to make a difference. For me, the added health and quality of life benefits make them invaluable.
