Nizoral question

After reading the forums and all the talk about Nizoral I went out and bought some. All I could find was the 1%, is the 1% also effective and how long should I leave it on my scalp and how many times per week. Thanks

 		1% is about as effective as 2%. Just leave it on for 3-5 min. before rinsing. Use ~3 times a week or every 3rd day should be good. You can start out more often, say every other day, and then taper off to every 3rd day.

I think I need to inform people of what I was informed: that even 2% Nizoral probably is safe to use every day, but that it apparently only was tested for less-frequent use in the FDA approval process. I don't mind being a test subject and reporting back on long-term daily use.

 		I used 2% every day for a month, and now use 1% EOD with the 2% cream on my temples every other night.

No adverse effects to report.
