 		Does anyone know what is actually happening physically when your testes hurt from fin? I started getting this pain less than a week ago and its the worst. I've only been on it for 5 months...should I move down .5 mg?

 		I started using finesteride 16 years ago when it first was introduced. I had libido loss and for me, it was only marginally effective. I did some research and learned finesteride is soluable in alcohol. Given its small molecule size, I felt therefore when dissolved in an alcohol vehicle, it should work topically.

Well, I did not see any great gains, but continued use, on the hopes that something better would come along...

Dr. Lee posted an artical on his website indicating that 40% of a topically applied finesteride dose is systemically absorbed, which confimed my "hunch."

Personally, I feel that topical finesteride should be more effective than oral. I will explain later.

 		...try to use (one week) beer yeast from CZ, it has name: Pangamin

After this I've got always extreme appetite for sex !

...but probably it has disruptive effect on a finasterid treetment
