crzyakta - You think fish oil is causing you to lose hair? Hmm, I've never heard that before. If anything, I thought fish oil was supposed to be helpful for hair loss (along with overall health).

it could be another component of the fish oil...it was Norwegian cod liver oil...perhaps vitamin A issues....but yes absolutely sure the fish oil was causing increased shedding (I have tried it on and off many times for prolonged periods)...read on the net, there is alot of anecdotal evidence of this Some just do not fair well on it...As of now, I get my O3's from other sources

Check out Natural Factors RxOmega fish oil. Great stuff and pretty cheap if you get it from iherb. Very good EPA/DHA ration and no vitamin A issues. I've been taking it for a couple of years and it has done wonders for my cholesterol.
