Personally I use all three.. minox for 1.5 years, finasteride for 6-7 months I dont know, and Lasers the last 2 months or so. The minox has not done anything, in fact I regret starting it, it made my hair shitty after a month usage cause of shedding which never returned. About the lasers too soon to tell, but def gives me better hairdays and a good scalp condition. The finasterid? I dont know really, time will tell.

Evidences ? The fact that this whole forum is comitted towards lasers is evidence enough, it works. Now this whole VS thing you think about is just ridiculous.. why dont you go with a regimen and see what works for you.

That's it, i'm convinced now. I have two bottles of spectral dnc that i haven't used (had these bottles since the beginning of last fall) and now i'll throw them away. I kept them because i was debating whether or not i should start, but over these months i've heard more negative comments about them than any positive ones.

I started minox due to some advice given by "Sandman", who just happens to not be welcome here anymore. Let's just say it was probably one of my worst decisions regarding hair loss.

If it wasn't for the FDA approval, the ability for lots of companies to make money off of this, and -as a result- the innundation of unethical postings by these companies under the guise of actual forum members, I feel that minox would have already been viewed as a "LAST RESORT" to try in the forums, not as the "FIRST THING" to try.

Don't forget that as recent as a couple of weeks ago, and minox shill was busted on this site MAKING UP things about lasers under the name Youngs-but he know so little about it that he got all the information wrong. It was laughable:

www.regrowth.com/hairloss-forums/viewthread.cfm?f=1&t=24253

Youngs: "I used the lazer 300 comb, talk about boring, I wish I never wasted my money on it. I bought it from a guy on Ebay who stricty get return lazer combs and resells them to new suckers out there. Maybe it works but the 15 minutes a day or 3 to 4 times a week, no way."

LMAO... everything in that sentence is wrong!

But yes, as soon as that afformentioned "master shill for minox" was banned from here, miraculousy all of the minox inquiries and positive talk about minox STOPPED. Instantly. Dead in it's tracks. Coincedence? lol... of course not!

And, of course, the first thing out of these unethical people's mouths -both the minox shill and Dr. Feller (who was PROVED to have his cronies coming in to distort threads)- is to accuse us LLLT users of doing the same thing. That never crossed my mind EVER to do, and those accusations continued until the "Positive Testimonials for LLLT' thread got so big that it just couldn't be ignored anymore.

-O.M.G.

I have the up most respect for OMG and his lazer mission and yes I have a 300 diode messaih 2 lazer. If i knew about LLLT before Minox I would never have started it. The inescable fact is that Minox does help a significant amount of people maintain and even regrow hair... that can not be disputed.

I gotta say that I tried Minoxidal for a year when it first came out and I too lost a lot of hair while on it... it sped up my hairloss. Propecia on the other hand, has grown back some hair and kept my hair intact for over ten years now. I don't have a laser helmet so I can't comment on that.
