MAN I wish I wouldn't have slacked on fin / minoxidil. I would have spent my 20s bald but that stuff WORKED. I got on both in 1998 when I was 22 and they held out for ten years. Then I started slacking, thinking I may have inherited my grandfather's pattern (Richard Nixon) rather than my father's (Homer Simpson). NOPE. I now -SUDDENLY- have a bona-fide bald spot. Bottom line: If you had a sure progression of hair loss and it seems to have leveled out under finasteride or minoxidil, stay on it.

Its a personal decision to quit or not. In my case I quit for a period of time (6 months). after about the 9th month the bald spot reappeared on the back of my head. Good news is it shows you do have a little time to change your mind.

I was on fin for 7 years and stopped cold turkey. Could not take the lack of sexual desire any longer. I needed a different girl every other month to get inspired. It was weird, I started losing interest for sex, would not have night erections anymore, and was completely with no sexual desire (unless it was a really hot chick). I hold my hair for two years afterwards, then my hair line got worse. Now I am desiding whether returning to fin again. I dont know, tough decision... fin and minox really work for hair loss, but can mess you sexual life. It is up to you, sometimes I feel that if I get bald it will be harder to meet girls, and if I take fin, I wot be able to perform. I think Ill stay off, and do something to improve my selfsteam, it is really tough....

I am actually hoping I get sexual sides; Its just a distraction these days. Rather have hair than sex. Tired of the crap the media is pumping into my brain. Can't go anywhere without hoes on magazines or on tv.

Black tea Extract is said to decrease DHT by 72% while fin is 70%. May switch over or include both in my regimen.

A side note: I haven't dermarolled in a while (three weeks) and I just recently did tonight and noticed something interesting. I didn't hear much popping or crackling when I rolled. I have always heard popping going on, even up to a few weeks ago. Since then i have been using Spectral DNC, Revita, and fin. I noticed bumps and enlarged hair holes recently and it feels like my scalp has gone through a complete remodeling. The bumps couldn't be from rolling as I hadn't been using it until tonight. Something must of been going on under my skin. I was surprised when my scalp didn't feel or sound the same as when I rolled almost a month ago. Very similar to the non MPB parts of my head. The next months will be interesting to say the least. Knock on wood.
