Yea I think this product would probably be good because most people could use it more often than Nizoral.....maybe they could even leave it on their scalps longer before shampooing it out as well.
It's not exactly cheap but it's not too expensive either.

In early March, I began to rethink a couple of part of my regimen. First, even though Dr. Proctor and Dr. Lee disagree, I was beginning to have some concerns around spironolactone and angiogenesis inhibition. I also saw the Japanese study on ketoconazole. I had been using Dr. Lee's 2% ketoconazole shampoo but decided to use it twice per day and leave it in as long as possible prior to showering, sometimes even an hour. I also stopped Proxiphen, but still used Prox-N, along with Xandrox 15+, Alpecin and Carnitine spray. The latter two I purchased enmass in Germany. After 2 months or so, the switch to keto shampoo seemed to provided some thickening. One and a half months ago, I switched to 2% ketoconazole cream, twice per day. There was some initial irritation, that seems to have lessened. I also started adding Avodart to some 5% Minox and use that at night, in a cycle of every day for two weeks, then every other day for two weeks. The last one and a half has seen extensive regrowth, more than at any time with any other combination of products. I don't want to get too high on this yet, but it would kill me if that all along, twice daily topical 2% ketoconazole really is the best regrowth product.
I will say this right now, 2% ketoconazole plus topical Avodart really, really does seem to be the way to go.

Another nizoral 2% cream user which do you apply first, the nizoral or minoxidil... and how far apart do you apply them? i usually go with the minox first and wait for it to dry before applying the nizoral cream. "Don't be afraid to see what you see. "

I do the opposite: apply the nizoral creme then Minox on the thinking that Minoxidil's vehicle will help absorb the ketoconazole. Also, there is a ketoconazole gel that I am trying to get, hoping it is less irritating.
I think 2X oer day is important because ketoconazole has a short 1/2 life.

I also still shampoo with Nizoral, given the short 1/2 life of ketoconazole.

I am only trying once per day maybe I will move it up to twice... it's not going as fast as I thought and it's not too expensive. Haven't had any irritation at once per day.
