Does anyone have any suggestions? Really.... not looking for anything with minoxidil in it. t-flav, Prox-n, spiro? I just ordered some tricomin and prox-n myself and will cycle...I used tricomin back in the day and loved they way it made my scalp feel. Im using RU and just want to add a growth and/or inflamation fighter...the t-flav I used for about a year, nothing spectacular there but it did seems to keep the itching down

Thanks Vellus, I think i may go with tricomin sometime but ... i still am wondering if i am being impatient. I have been on fin and nizoral 1% shampoo for almost 10 months now with dut once a week for the first 6 months. I am def. going to switch the niz. 1 % shampoo to 2% keto cream... and just wait for the 1 1/2 - 2 year mark on the fin... as i have seen minor improvements(i am a diffuse thinner) in thickness so far... sometimes it just sucks so much....like my month 7 shed...... which is ending now... i just wanted to add tons of shit to my regimen... but i think besides the switch to the cream i am going to wait it out.. as much as i hate it.... and see what is actually working... but thanks again..... everyone!

Turtle, the good thing about those cyclical sheds which really do suck bad is that afterwards you usually get better results "Don't be afraid to see what you see. "
